I have recently received information that you, a good partner of mine for some time now, is planning on firing me, the Cardiovascular System. This is the most stupid and selfish thing I have ever heard of !! Without me, you will die. I make sure the whole body has enough blood, that includes the brain. As soon I have been taken out of work, three things will happen, one, heart attacks; two, heart failure; and three, atherosclerosis. All three kill thousands of people a year. Obviously, the brain isn't working correctly because this is the most absurd decision I have ever heard. Do you really want these things to happen to you? You only have one choice, don't fire me!!
The fist problem I listed is heart attacks. When heart attacks happen, the heart's muscle cells die. Which leaves the heart muscles critically damaged. Might as well call the heart dead! May I remind you, the heart, after the brain, keeps the entire body alive. If, for some very lucky reason, you survive, the heart may very well not make a full recovery. From then on, the heart will have problems for the remainder of it's life, and might I add, that it will not be very long, considering all the damage that has been done. All that, just because you want to cut back. I don't think so!!
The second problem I mentioned was heart failure. Heart failure is when the heart can't pump as much blood as the body needs. That will make you feel as if you ran five marathons in one day, no energy and extremely tired. In fact, the muscle tissue around the body will just start to die from the lack of blood flow. This also includes the brain, which is the control center for the body. Might as well start digging the grave now.
The last problem I mentioned was atherosclerosis. This is when cholesterol builds up in the blood cells. When this happens the blood vessels become damaged severely. Blood vessels are very important. Therefore, you will be in the hospital before you know it! Ask yourself, dp you really want all this to happen?
The C.E.O of the Human Body Corporation must be delusional to even consider this! Heart attacks will destroy the heart. Heart failure will devastate the entire body. Finally, atherosclerosis will coat your blood vessels with cholesterol. Failure to keep the most important system functioning, will result in the entire body crumbling beneath your feet.
